In partnership with EdgeBio, VH Bio leverage the Life Technologies Total RNA-Seq kit for isolation, library preparation and sequencing via multiple NextGen sequencers, and fully automated LIMS and bioinformatic pipelines, all to provide high quality data with very little delay. Our system also allows for conservation of strandedness of cDNA, allowing you to discern between overlapping RNAs transcribed from the sense or antisense strand and multiplexing / sequencing of multiple RNA libraries (48) simultaneously, reducing the cost of the analysis per sample.
