Edge Bio produce a range of high quality multi well plates and plate sealers including: U and V-bottom 96 well plates. These plates have a total volume of 330 µl and conform to standard microplate footprints and dimensions. The plates are specially processed to retain precipitated DNA. Gas-Permeable Plate Sealers which protect samples in 96-well and 384-well plates while allowing oxygen to flow into the wells. Adhesive Plate Sealers can be used for protecting samples in 96-well and 384-well plates during boiling procedures, plate shaking, incubation, and storage. Adhesive Plate Sealers are resistant to heat and cold (-20°C to 100°C). 96-Well Deep Well Blocks are suitable for culturing bacteria for plasmid minipreps. Each plate comes sterilized with a lid and the wells have a volume capacity of 2 ml. 96-Well Capillary Plates reduce consumables cost when using a capillary sequencer. The plates are compatible with 3100, 3700, 3730, and 3730xl capillary sequencers from Applied Biosystems.
