Cedarlane's line of polyclonal antibodies directed against extracellular matrix (ECM) macromolecules are in vitro reagents intended for fundamental and applied research purposes. They allow the staining and visualisation of ECM components on tissue sections in optical and electron microscopy. They are suitable for paraffin embedded sections and western blotting, and they can also be used for quantitating ECM molecules in cell culture media and biological fluids by RIA or ELISA techniques.
