Cedarlane's monoclonal anti-mouse Class I MHC antibodies are specific for cells expressing the H-2K, H-2D H-2L or Qa antigens which are coded for by specific haplotypes. Most are suitable for fluorescence work, whilst the remainder have been used in cytotoxicity tests.
