| Poly(NAT) gels provide high resolution over a broad size range (100bp to 2kb). Unlike polyacrylamide gels, poly(NAT) gels are non ?toxic. Electrophoresis of poly(NAT)gels can be performed in the temperature range (10-55?C) and the gels are stable up to 95?C. These gels are ideal for RFLP, RAPD, AFLP, RNA and minisatellite analysis. |
