| This fully automated bench top system from PSS enables you to purify nucleic acids (DNA, RNA, Plasmids) from up to 12 samples in one run. Integrated Circuit (IC) cards control the optimised protocols and give the 12GC Plus system a small footprint. The risk of cross-contamination is eliminated by the use of pre-filled reagents and single use disposables. The system includes a barcode reader for tracking samples and a UV lamp for irradiation. Nucleic acids can be extracted from Whole Blood, Cells, Tissues, Bacteria and Viruses. Samples can be processed in 30 minutes for DNA and 60 minutes for RNA (includes DNase treatment). |
