| One Lambda offer a complete line of Micro SSP? HLA typing trays. These include ? Generic HLA Class I or Class II allele ? Generic Class I and II allele simultaneously ? High resolution HLA Class II ? Allele specific for HLA Class I and II subtyping, including HLA Class I and Class II null allele typing. The Micro SSP? Kits consist of ready to use optimised reagents; trays are pre-dispensed with primers, and an internal control is included in each well. Results are obtained in less than two hours and the easy gel interpretation can be carried out manually or using HLA Fusion? software. One Lambda also provide a number of ancillary products for the Micro SSP?. These include DNA size markers, SSP D-mix, SSP Class I and II wipe tests, Micro SSP? gel system electrophoresis tank, 96 well transfer device and PCR pressure pads for PE9600, PE9700 and MJ Research thermocyclers. |
