Cedarlane provide a range of antibodies to Mouse, Rat, Hamster, Rabbit and Goat immunoglobulins. Various labels, including biotin, FITC PE, HRPO and alkaline phosphatase are available. The antibodies are tested in either flow cytometry or ELISA. Although it is recommended that the investigator determines the dilution which is optimal for each particular assay system, we recommend starting with the following dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 1µl per 106 Cells IHC: 1:50-1:500 ELISA: 1:2000-1:3000 WB: 1:1500-1:3000 Cedarlane also produce control ascitic fluid from BALB/C mice. Streptavidin, which is used to detect biotin-labelled secondary antibodies, is available with a variety of labels. These include FITC, PE, Cy3, Cy5, PE-Cy5, PE-Cy7, APC, APC-Cy7, HRPO and Alkaline phosphatase. |
