| The FlowPRA? product line offers screening and specific antibody detection assays using flow cytometry. Both the FlowPRA? Screening and Specific tests can assign HLA antibody Percent Panel Reactive Antibody (PRA), while FlowPRA? Specific tests assign HLA antibody specificity. FlowPRA? Single Antigen tests assist in the analysis of HLA antibody specificities, especially in high PRA sera. A number of ancillary products are also available for the FlowPRA? product line. FlowPRA? Control Beads determine the background level of test serum when using One Lambda?s FlowPRA? Screening Tests. FlowPRA? Control Beads are not coated with HLA antigens and generate a unique emission spectrum allowing them to be mixed with test beads when determining serum background fluorescence levels during testing. FlowPRA? HLA Class I and II positive and negative control sera. Adsorb Out? consists of microparticles used for pre-incubation of serum to reduce or remove high background due to non-specific binding |
