Spreadex® gels are the ideal choice for the separation of DNA and RNA in the 20 bp – 1000 bp range. Up to 4 bp resolution can be achieved on the 4 cm gel and 1 bp resolution on the 8 cm gel length. Spreadex® gels are available with different Exclusion limits (EL 300, 400, 500, 600, 800, 1200), in different gel lengths (4 cm and 8 cm) and formats (8-400 sample wells). Spreadex® gels are:
