ROVABSOLUTE Taq DNA polymerase from Rovalab GmbH show excellent thermal stability at 95°C over 60 minutes. The polymerase can incorporate modified nucleotides and is sensitive enough to amplify single copy genes. A hot start version is available with fast activation of between 2 and 5 minutes. Both versions of the Taq polymerase are available with a red visualisation dye. The PCR-flex kit contains all the reagents required for PCR and is designed to give the researcher full control over the experimental setup. Each component used in PCR is provided separately. This kit is suitable for PCR amplification of DNA-fragments up to 4 kb long; in most cases even longer targets can be amplified successfully.
