A very long career, not enough space to list it all here, unfortunately. I am about to retire in a couple of months’ time.

What is your favourite part of the job?

The constant variety and never knowing what the day is going to present me with, relationships with the customers & of course working with my wonderful colleagues.

The discovery of DNA without a doubt, but also IVF.

A PE Teacher.

Reading. Cycling. And most recently, looking after my 4-month-old granddaughter, Esme. Blimey, just as well I’m retiring as looking back over that I don’t know how I fit work in!

I would be a Manatee – Graceful, gentle and a herbivore. Everything I would like to be.

What was the first car you owned?
It was a gold Fiat X19. What the heck was I thinking???

All MP’s must take a lie detector test.
