The AllType™ NGS assay brings speed and simplicity to the high-resolution genotyping of classical HLA genes.  A single multiplex reaction co-amplifies all classical HLA Class I and Class II loci, removing the need for amplicon pooling.  Samples are transferred directly to library preparation and are ready for sequencing in a single workday.

Platform-specific barcodes allow flexibility: CE-IVD compliant AllType™ NGS workflows are available for the Illumina™ MiSeq™, MiniSeq™ and iSeq™ in addition to the Ion Torrent™ Ion S5, Ion S5 XL, Ion GeneStudio S5 and Ion GeneStudio S5 Plus Systems with Ion Chef automation.  The AllType™ NGS 11-Loci Amplification Kit is also available separately to facilitate downstream research applications.

Sequencing data are analysed using TypeStream™ Visual NGS Analysis Software enabling rapid automated analysis.  Reporting and advanced analytics are facilitated by integration within the One Lambda software ecosystem (HLA Fusion™ analysis software and HistoTrac laboratory management system).
