LABScreen™ Ancillary Reagents

Ancillary products for use with LABScreen such as control beads and serum, Adsorb Out, Quantiplex Beads, wash buffer, and other reagents.

LABScreen®Negative control – Used as an indicator of the non-specific background of each bead when reacting with a serum that doesn’t contain any HLA Class I or Class II antibodies.

IgM Positive control bead – antigen coated microbeads to provide a positive signal for IgM secondary conjugate.

PE conjugated Anti -Human IgM- Reacts with the Fc5µ portion of the Human IgM heavy chain.

Quantiplex Beads- standardisation beads used with the LABScreen® assays.

Adsorb Out™ – Microparticles treated with blocking solution with no antigen coating; used to reduce high background that is nonspecific binding.
