The Pan-Cancer CancerScreen Targeted Sequencing Panels from Celemics are NGS assays designed to detect all types of variants in over 400 genes associated with somatic cancer. The panels target the selected genes with high sensitivity and specificity, reducing costs and minimising time and resource. The reports consists of the primary, secondary, and tertiary results for the in-depth understanding and interpretation of sequencing data.

Highly Comprehensive and Optimised Targeted NGS Panels for Solid Cancers

  • Identifies mutations implicated in various somatic cancers, e.g. breast, colorectal, gastric, liver cancer, etc.
  • Assess DNA, RNA, and the whole CDS regions (RefSeq) of up to 407 genes and rearrangement regions associated with solid cancer

High Sensitivity and Specificity

  • Detect low-frequency and rare variants with high sequencing depths
  • Capture the GC rich and homologous regions with Celemics proprietary design technology

Immunotherapy Biomarkers Analysis
