Cedarlane’s Adult Mouse BMAL1 Cell Lines are immortalised hypothalamic neuron cultures derived from BMAL1+/+ (wild-type) and BMAL1−/− (knockout) C57BL/6J mice. Developed using proprietary platform technology, these lines were generated through retroviral transfer of SV40 T-antigen into primary hypothalamic cultures—providing researchers with robust in vitro models for dissecting the molecular underpinnings of circadian and metabolic regulation.
