  • Optical strip covers – 19AC025 Contains 10 replacement Optical Strip Covers for use with our strip kits. These covers are identical to those received with your kit.
  • Real-Time PCR Compression Pad – 19AC-010 Contains one Real-Time PCR Compression Pad for use with LinkSeq 96-well tray-based kits. The compression pad may be required when using the Real-Time PCR Instrument to aid in the prevention of sample loss due to evaporation during amplification.
  • Roche Lightcycler® 480 Optical Strip Tube Adaptor – 19AC-040 Contains a Roche LightCycler 480 Strip Tube Adaptor for use with LinkSeq strip kits. This adaptor holds strips in place during real-time PCR runs. This product is necessary for any strip kit work on the LC480.
  • Adhesive Seal Applicator – 19AC-030 Contains an Adhesive Seal Applicator for use with LinkSeq tray-based kits. Proper edge sealing will prevent sample loss due to evaporation during amplification.
