LABScreen™ Single Antigen

LABScreen® Single Antigen assays leverage Luminex® bead-based multiplexing technology for monitoring Donor Specific Antibodies (DSA) in high-PRA patients for both pre- and post-transplant applications.

In high PRA patients, antibody reactive to one or more dominant epitopes can mask the presence of additional antibody specificities. Conventional clarification methods may not be effective in these cases.

LABScreen®Single Antigen is designed to screen HLA Class I and Class II antibodies that are reactive to one or more dominant epitopes providing clinicians with a comprehensive assay to evaluate antigens found frequently in the population.
