LinkSēq HLA Typing Kits 

LinkSēq HLA Typing Trays in 384-well format for both Class I and Class II HLA genotyping.  

• 191575C is the most complete and robust typing product for high-throughput laboratories interested in all 11-loci. This product provides intermediate-resolution typing with built-in redundancy (including common null alleles) of the following HLA loci: HLA-A, B, C, DRB1, DRB345, DQA1, DQB1, DPA1 and DPB1; one sample per 384-well tray with all necessary reagents included in the kit. 

• 191580C Single Antigen Bead Resolution (SABR) trays are available for laboratories interested in identifying allele-level differences corresponding to antibodies detected by LABScreen™ Single Antigen assays. This product similarly types 11 HLA loci and provides intermediate-resolution typing (including common null alleles) for the following HLA loci: HLA-A, B, C, DRB1, DRB345, DQA1, DQB1, DPA1 and DPB1; one sample per 384-well tray with all necessary reagents included in kit. 

• 19550C is the standard product for high-throughput laboratories, this product allows for 2-typings per tray in 384-well format of the following HLA loci: HLA-A, B, C, DRB1, DRB345, DQA1 and DQB1; all necessary reagents are included in the kit. 

• 191554C is for customers looking for a cost-effective product where they don’t require HLA-DQA1 or –DPA1/DPB1 typing; this product allows for 2-typings per tray in 384-well format and types the following HLA loci: HLA-A, B, C, DRB1, DRB345 and DQB1; all necessary reagents are included in the kit. 

• 191551R is for customers looking for a cost-effective product where they don’t require HLA-DQA1 or –DPA1/DPB1 typing; this product allows for 1-typing per tray in 384-well format and types the following HLA loci: HLA-A, B, C, DRB1, DRB345 and DQB1; all necessary reagents are included in the kit. 

• 191822C HLA Class I typing product for high-throughput laboratories. This product allows for 2-typings per 384-well tray of the following HLA loci: HLA-A, B and C. 

• 191821C HLA Class I typing product for high-throughput laboratories. This product allows for 1-typing per 384-well tray of the following HLA loci: HLA-A, B and C. 

• 191862C HLA Class II typing product for high-throughput laboratories. This product allows for 2-typings per 384-well tray of the following HLA loci: HLA-DRB1, DRB345, DQA1, DQB1, DPA1 and DPB1. 

• 191861C HLA Class II typing product for high-throughput laboratories. This product allows for 1-typing per 384-well tray of the following HLA loci: HLA-DRB1, DRB345, DQA1, DQB1, DPA1 and DPB1. 

• 193331C HLA-A, B, DRB1 and DRB345 locus typing; this product allows for 1-typing per 384-well tray of the following HLA loci: HLA-A, B, DRB1 and DRB345. 

• 193332C HLA A, B, DRB1 and DRB345 locus typing; this product allows for 2-typing per 384-well tray of the following HLA loci: HLA-A, B, DRB1 and DRB345. 

• 192321C HLA Typing product for HLA-B locus only. This product allows for 1- typing per 384-well tray. 

• 192322R HLA Typing product for HLA-B locus only. This product allows for 2-typing per 384-well tray. 
• 192301R HLA Typing product for typing up to 5-loci: HLA–A, C, DRB1, DRB345, DQB1, DPA1 and DPB1.  This product allows for 1-typing per 384-well tray. 

LinkSēq™ KIR Typing Kits 

LinkSēq Killer cell Immunoglobulin-like Receptors (KIR) Typing Trays come in both 384- and 96-well format. 

Killer cell immunoglobulin-like receptors (KIR) are a family of cell surface receptors found on human Natural Killer (NK) cells. Certain KIR types interact with Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) Class I molecules to inhibit the activity of NK cells while other KIR types can stimulate NK cell activity. Both HLA and KIR molecules are highly polymorphic. 

The LinkSēq™ KIR typing test is a genotyping system for identifying all 15 KIR genes and 2 pseudogenes including both full length and deleted forms of 3DP1 and 2DS4 and allele-specific variants in 3DL1, 2DL1, and others. 

• 195351R types one sample per 384-well tray. All necessary reagents are included in the kit. 

• 195358R types eight samples per 384-well tray. All necessary reagents are included in the kit. 

• 195051R types one sample per 96-well tray. All necessary reagents are included in the kit. 

• 195052R types two samples per 960well tray. All necessary reagents are included in the kit.
