Patented SOPE (Solid-phase Oligo Protein Elimination) Resin binds and efficiently removes primers, ssDNA, enzymes and other proteins while the Performa Gel Filtration matrix efficiently removes >99.9% of salts, buffers, dNTPs and other low molecular weight materials.
