Automated Nucleic Acid Extraction

The magLEAD® 12gC Link is an easy to use, bench top instrumentation for fast, low cost and precise nucleic acid extraction.

High-quality nucleic acids are obtained by using in-tip magnetic bead extraction (Magtration®). Providing faster, cleaner and more efficient magnetic bead extractions for high-purity nucleic acid recovery. Dedicated reagent cartridges and the in-tip extractions minimise plastic and reagent waste as well as reducing contamination.

MagDEA® Dx reagents were developed for the fully automated magLEAD nucleic acid systems. The extraction process includes sample lysis, proteinase K digestion, magnetic bead adsorption, washing and elution. The cartridges are pre-filled and sealed with all reagents required for high-quality nucleic acid extraction. Optimised for all PSS instruments.
