FlowPRA™ Ancillary Products

Ancillary reagent products for use with FlowPRA such as control beads and serum, wash buffer, and reagent pack.

FlowPRA® Negative Control Serum is used as an indicator of the non-specific background of each bead when reacting with a serum that doesn’t contain any HLA Class I or Class II antibodies.

FlowPRA® Class I Positive Control Serum and FlowPRA®Class II Positive control serum – Assay controls for known positive HLA Class I and Class II polled serum.

FlowPRA® control beads – determine the background level of the test serum; they are not coated with HLA antigens and therefore help in determining the serum background fluorescence.

FlowPRA®Reagent Pack – ancillary reagents used with the FlowPRA® assay.

FlowPRA® Wash buffer – additional wash buffer used with FlowPRA®assay.
