Baby Rabbit Complement – Tissue Culture Grade – Frozen

Cedarlane’s Baby Rabbit Complement – Tissue Culture Grade is collected aseptically from 3-4 week old rabbits. The pooled sera is then thoroughly tested to ensure that the complement is high in activity while being bacteria-free, mycoplasma-free, virus-free and is low in endotoxin. 3-4 week old rabbit complement has low heterophile activity which results in low background cytotoxicity, making this product ideal for use in cytotoxicity, depletion, bacteriocidal and opsonization assays.

Baby Rabbit Complement – Lyophilized

The serum is pooled from normal rabbits 3-4 weeks old and is intended as a source of rabbit complement for cytotoxicity studies. The complement is tested for activity against peripheral lymphocytes using monoclonal primary antibodies.
